WELCOME!!!! I am a single parent with 2 busy teens - who also works full time an hour away! Since taking the challenge - I have lost a total of 7 lbs and 9 inches the first 24 days! The pic-- is mid way thru my challenge. Black shirt - day one - pink top - day 15ish. I now maintain - meal replacements, spark and supplements as well as eating like I am still on the challenge. This is NOT A QUICK FIX AND IT WILL STAY OFF-- you have been warned lol! The HABITS you learn in the 24 days- you keep going, and that is what keeps you feeling great!
